Our outstanding premises already total over 25 000 sqm offering a variety of spaces with flexible leasing options. We have large and small offices, coworking spaces across campus, all kinds of meeting spots, event venues, Makerspace, and connections to the network of campus facilities. Choose either your own private office or use our spaces and resources as a hot seat or fixed seat coworking member. You can also organize an event or a meeting with us.

You can access A Grid easily: we are close to the metro station to connect you with Helsinki in minutes.

OUR LOCATIONS

The headquarters of our community is located in the A Grid building, Otakaari 5. We have also taken over some of the building next door at Otakaari 7 for starter offices.

However, the community is growing, and we are in the process of launching thematic coworking spaces in the best spots around the campus:

PRIVATE OFFICES

A Grid offers fun, bright and modern office spaces for startups and partners. Our office packages range from small to medium and large, starting from 10 sqm. We also offer starter offices in repurposed university spaces in the adjoining Otakaari 7 building at startup friendly prices.

In addition to your own private office space, you get to enjoy joint common areas, such as kitchens, lounges and other spaces where you can meet other entrepreneurs or simply relax in between making the next big deal!

EVENT & MEETING SPACES

Even though “content is king”, we still want you to have the very best in terms of spaces to host your events and invite your guests. That’s why we have carefully designed our event spaces, so they give a fresh, modern and professional atmosphere. We also have many flexible spaces, including meeting rooms that can be transformed into spaces that are suitable for hackathons, workshops and other types of brainstorming and co-creation activities. And yes, we also have traditional meeting rooms for your important meetings too!

MAKERSPACE

Need to photograph your products, create a prototype or organize an event? We’ve got you covered! The Makerspace, located on the 1^st floor in the G wing, is run by our friends at Omnia and provides you with the space and equipment you need to make great things happen.

Our makerspace offers a studio so you can film, photograph or design something for your company. You can also host workshops, seminars or other classes or sessions. We also have several 3D printers, laser cutter, vinyl printer and virtual reality setup for you to test and enjoy.

COMMUNITY SPACES

The Northern C wing just behind Café Factory on the first floor of A Grid, The Burrow, serves as a lounge and meeting point for the whole A Grid community.

The Burrow consists of the common lounge and kitchen area at the front of the wing, office spaces, and an exercise space, Health Corner, located at the back of the wing. The Health Corner serves all A Grid members as a place of health and wellbeing. You can pop in to take a moment for yourself during the workday or start or end your day with a workout.
