Health Talks @ Terkko: IPR strategy for a Startup

In this training, you will learn how to build an IPR strategy for your startup.

You will learn the following about IPRs:

– what, why and how?
– scope of IPRs: tradenames, trademarks, patents, copyrights
– service innovations e.g. production and distribution of data
– structure of strategy
– means and measures for protection
– who is responsible for strategy?

Speaker: Doctor of Law, Professor Rainer Oesch teaches commercial law at University of Helsinki. He has written many IPR related books and over 100 articles in law publications.
