8:00 – 9:00 Yoga with Joogaveli Viljami
The Yoga class start with a short primer, continuing with relaxation and warming up the joints, progressing to a series of asanas, and the class ends with relaxation/meditation. Please, bring your own yoga mat and drink bottle.
Viljami has been doing yoga since 2011 and took instructor training in 2019 in South India, at the Shiva Rishi Yoga Center.
9:00 – 9:45 Ecstatic Breathwork Journey with Leigh Ewin and Mikko Heikinpoika
Your breath is an amazing thing indeed. With informed and correct guidance one can really take the breath to new places – full of conscious and connected experiences. Guided breathwork with live music. Leigh Ewin is a breathwork educator and facilitator and Mikko Heikinpoika is a ritual musician, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and music producer.

10:00–10:30 Brunch Break
10:30–11:30 Ocean of Sound, Mikko Heikinpoika
In the workshop we will go through the basics of how to get connected with your voice. We will lear some overtone singing, create music together, improvise circle songs and create space for the joy of embodying your voice. No previous vocal training or music background is required as this is beyond music.
