Welcome to A Grid Wellbeing Mixer! We invite you to experience a series of insightful, interactive, and inspiring sessions designed to help you take a pause from the daily working routines and rhythms and meet new and interesting people.
The day is a hybrid event with insightful presentations from experts within the Aalto University and A Grid community, mindfulness breaks, and entertaining content online, as well as in-person sessions with yoga, breathwork and side discussions at A Grid (Otakaari 5).
